Nematodirus Warning Sheep farmers need to be on their guard against Nematodirus outbreaks over the coming weeks as AHVLA reports an outbreak this week in Wales. While the warm weather in March lead to an early hatch in some areas at a time when susceptible lambs were not at pasture, the current cold snap could mean a sudden hatch of Nematodirus larvae when it turns warm again. 4^th April 2012 Read More

Sheep Skin Parasites Survey Eblex in collaboration with ADAS and University of Bristol are conducting a survey to try and get a better understanding of the extent of sheep scab and other skin parasites in the UK sheep flock.
